Judicial Review in Australia
The Administrative Review Council is examining the federal system for judicial review of administrative action with a view to reporting to the Attorney-General by the end of 2011, on possible future directions and models for judicial review. The Council is conducting this inquiry of its own motion in accordance with its statutory functions under section 51 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
